I went in needing a car. My credit is on the poorer side and they got me hooked up, approved for no money down, though I did end up with a little down just to get my rate lower. It was mostly painless and my salesman, Darryl Hollis, was great he didnt high pressure sell me. Although like any car sales, a few others were eager to get the transaction done, I never felt overly pressured and was never felt I had to compromise on my goals and standards. We came in hoping to see a specific minivan we seen online, not having the best credit or any expectations, and both Dave K. and Gina did their thing and got us into the very minivan we seen online!...Dave, having a very friendly personality, not pushy at all like most car dealers and made the process so simple, explaining everything as we went, and Gina worked her magic with the banks, and we finally have a newer vehicle!

I will absolutely recommend everyone I know needing a car, to come and do business with fellah auto group. 10/10 service, I called and told them my situation and that I needed a car. I wish I could give Nick & Will 10 stars. They went above & beyond to get us into a vehicle that meets our needs. Nick worked tirelessly to get us what we wanted. Will was exceptional with his customer service and showing us our vehicle options. Shawn, the lot attendant, was extremely nice as well and went with us on the test drive of vehicles and had no problem moving vehicles around for us. I will buy a vehicle from them any day!

Came into Fellah Auto Group in Springfield on a wish and a prayer today and William and the other staff made it happen!
