⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience with William Burnett at Fellah Auto!
I had an amazing experience at Fellah Auto, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to William Burnett for all of his help! From beginning to end, William was patient, professional, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping me get into the vehicle I wanted.
My credit isn’t the best, so I was a little nervous about the financing process, but William never made me feel embarrassed, judged, or discouraged. He took the time to work with my situation, explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped make the entire process much less stressful.
What really stood out to me was how hard he worked to make everything come together. He helped me find a good, affordable down payment and worked with me instead of just turning me away because of my credit. Most importantly, he listened to what I wanted and helped me get into the vehicle I actually wanted—not just whatever was available.
William was extremely patient throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell he truly cares about helping his customers.

Such an amazing experience! I bought my car a couple of months ago and they are so attentive and wow just overall so welcoming and helpful with the process! Adolfo has been such a great server that even after selling us the car he responds quickly and efficiently to all of our concerns and needs!

This is the best experience I've had with purchasing a used car so far. Mr. Will is genuinely nice which makes the process smooth. The overall customer service of the establishment and those we came in contact with were top-notch. They are true to their advertising. I usually don't like salespeople, especially car salespeople... but this place is alright with me. Especially Mr. Will!
